Today, the top United Nations official in Cyprus, Ms. Elizabeth Spehar, held bilateral meetings with the Greek Cypriot leader, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, and the Turkish Cypriot leader, Mr. Ersin Tatar, ahead of her briefing to the Security Council.
